Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

We are so excited to be hosting this event at the Gaylord Palms located in Kissimmee, Florida!

Our hotel room block is not open yet, but we will have discounted rates available for convention attendees and encourage you to stay with us for the event.

On-site parking will be available for a fee.

There is a discounted shuttle available from the airport (MCO) to the hotel. Information will follow.

The Gaylord has shuttles that run to the Disney Parks, please inquire with the hotel on more information if you wish to visit the local theme parks. 

​

Our venue space for the book signings will be un-carpeted, and book carts that are smaller than 18x18x18 are permitted inside. No strollers, wagons, suitcases, or any item that has to be laid on it's side to be opened will be permitted.
