1. Author & Vendor Table Fees

There will be no refunds given for author or vendor table fees, nor are they transferrable to any other author who wishes to attend the event. Additional Assistants or guests will cost an additional fee to attend, and are also non-refundable. 

2. Event Tickets

There will be no refunds given in the chance that a guest can no longer attend the event, however ticket resales will be permitted as long as the event organizers are notified before the transaction has taken place with the new information to update the ticket. ID will be required when picking up your ticket to attend the event.

Ticket Transfers must be completed two weeks before the event. After that, please contact us directly. You must contact us before selling the ticket.

All guests attending the convention must be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by a legal adult (who also holds a ticket), and no one under 15 years of age is allowed. We reserve the right to cancel a ticket made for a minor.

In the event of a cancellation of the entire event due to a hurricane that closes the Orlando International Airport, all tickets and fees will be refunded.
